A Fluent interface for configuring MEF

Modeled after the StructureMap interface. This is still in the very initial stages, if you have any comments or are interested in contributing please feel free to let me know in the discussions section.

1. Finish type based composition (currently only supports instance based)
2. Implement creation policy handling
3. Assembly scanning
